An in-house designer will start work on your App within a day or two of your order and typically it can take up to one weeks for them to create the first draft. The development team will then take over and build your App using the custom design and incorporate our App features, once this is complete they will submit it to iTunes and the Google Play store for approval. This approval process can take a couple of weeks, if it is rejected for any reason we will make the necessary amendments and re-submit it. Although the length of time for the approval process is out of our hands. we will keep you updated so you know what is happening.

You can make money from your app by enabling your customers to do more of what usually generates revenue for your business. ie Sell products, food orders, bookings, offer services, all which can be paid for with Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. If you don’t have a product or service to sell, you can make money from Ads in your app, or sell the app via the App Stores.

The plan requires a 12-month minimum contract.

Your app will continue to run until the end of its current billing period (e.g. end of your current billing month or year), then at this time the app will be deactivated.

For Professional and complete Hosting packages, you are required to have your own Apple Developer account for iOS apps. This is a yearly fee of £99 paid directly to Apple. For Google Play Store apps we’ve reduced your set up charges by allowing you to submit your Android app to our own Google Developer Account.

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) allows you to see a full list of all your customers who are using the app, including all their details and app actions. App actions consist of any action a customer takes within the app, eg orders, purchases, bookings, messages, forms completed, loyalty earned etc. Additionally you can also send one-2-one messages and create customer groups, to allow messaging to defined customer types.
